Signal is the entry point for most people who reach out. Twelve weeks. Fully online, fully written, fully sequenced. You get a program file you can open on your phone in the gym, weekly check-ins, and a Sunday Loom from me every week walking you through the next seven days — what to push, what to back off, why we're doing it this way. The work is structured in four phases: Calibration (1–2), Build (3–6), Pressure (7–9), Proof (10–12). At the end you retest and you see the numbers. If you want a coach who is in your pocket without being on top of you, Signal is the line.

Operator

6-month elite track

Clients with complex medical reality, comebacks, or 6-month transitions worth investing in.

Operator is the deep build. Six months, three eight-week phases, biweekly video calls, and same-day messaging access. This is the program for clients with a chronic condition that needs respect (MS, diabetes, post-surgical, post-joint-replacement), or a comeback that matters (you want to hike a specific mountain, return to a sport, stand at a wedding without your back lighting up), or a major life transition you want to enter at your physical best. Operator is also where my own story is most useful — I have personally trained through every category I just listed. Every phase has a written intent, a measurable outcome, and a planned deload. Nothing is on autopilot.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Eyes on you, hands on the bar, real time. This is for clients who want the room to be quiet, the coach to be present, and the technical work to be coached as it happens. Sessions are 60 minutes. We work on movement quality, loading patterns, and the specific things that need a coach watching them — hinge patterns, overhead positions, anything you're scared to load alone. Most 1-on-1 clients combine in-person sessions with a written program for the days I'm not in the room. We will not waste your hour. You will walk out tired and confident.

Transformation Programs

For clients who walked in with one specific finish line. A wedding. A reunion. A vacation. A medical check-in. A decade birthday. Transformation programs run 10–14 weeks depending on the starting point, with one written outcome and a hard retest at the end. We define the proof up front — strength markers, body composition, photos if you want them — and we engineer backward from that date. Nothing fluffy. We are training to deliver on a calendar.

My favorite kind of work. You don't want a gym body — you want to hike Mt. Olympus with your grandson, fish all weekend without your back giving out, rockhound for hours, smith a blade without your shoulder seizing, kneel in your garden, swing a sword in HEMA practice, ski again. We train the engine and the tissue that those specific activities need. Programs are written around your hobby, not around an arbitrary "athletic" profile. If you can describe it, I can train you for it.

Youth Training & Nutrition Planning

Ages 10+ · family-friendly · no shame

Families, parents introducing kids to training, clients who need food honesty without dogma.

Youth strength and movement, taught the right way. Sessions emphasize body awareness, pattern quality, and confidence under load — not max effort. I do not coach kids the way I coach 50-year-olds, and I never use body shame as a teaching tool. Nutrition planning is available standalone or bundled with any training service. Plans are written for real households — what you can actually buy, prep, and eat on your real schedule. We will not tell you to choke down chicken and broccoli for ninety days.
