"His physician took him off three-quarters of his BP medication."

  1. WK 00Cannot stand up from kneeling without assistance. On multiple BP meds. Walking is short and labored.

  3. WK 04Goblet to a low box. Loaded carries. Sleep is deeper, lost 3 lbs without trying. He's noticing stairs.
  4. WK 08Step-ups loaded. Hinges with KB. Cardiologist tells him to keep training and come back in a month.
  5. WK 12Stood up from full kneeling — no hands. Down 30 lbs total. Cardiologist drops 3 of 4 BP meds. "In the shape of a man 20 years younger."

  3. WK 06Conditioning added (15 min, twice). Sleep stabilized. Sees first scale movement (–5 lb).
  4. WK 09Pressure block. Deadlift up 50, squat up 35. Back pain has not flared in 4 weeks.
  5. WK 12Retest day: deadlift +70, bodyweight –14, clothes fit different. Spouse made unprompted comment week 10.
