Success is your Proof is the personal coaching practice of Richard Kunkel, operating from Sandy, Utah, and online worldwide. References below to "we," "I," or "us" mean Richard Kunkel.

This website does not run forms, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party chat widgets. The only information we collect is what you voluntarily send by phone, text, or email — your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your goals, schedule, and health context.

We use your information solely to answer your inquiry, prepare for our first call, and (if you become a client) deliver coaching. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.

If you share health information with us, we treat it confidentially and use it only to coach you safely. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity, but we behave as if your health information matters — because it does.

Youth training is offered to clients age 10 and up, with parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 without that consent.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Browser-essential storage may be used to remember preferences (such as your unit toggle on the nutrition calculator).
