The Method

One benefit. Earned.

Proof Line

The one thing you'll leave with:
Confidence in yourself to be the best you.

I don't sell a transformation. I rebuild your relationship with your own body. In ten to fourteen weeks together you move better, get stronger, and stop flinching when you catch your reflection. The work is real. The proof is yours.

S03The Route

How the line runs.

Four stops from the day you call to the day your physician asks what you've been doing.

  1. A

    Call or Email

15 minutes. We talk about your week, your body, your medical reality, and what you actually want.

  2. B

    Build Your Line

I write your program around the body you walked in with. Signal (12 wks) or Operator (6 mo).

  3. C

    Run the Work

Sessions in-person in Sandy or online. Weekly Loom, real accountability, no autopilot.

  4. D

    Retest. Reset.

Numbers go up in writing. Clothes fit. People notice. Success is your proof.

The Reframe

It isn't you. It's the program.

Proof Line

You've been coached by someone who has never been you.

Intimidated. No time. Don't know where to start. Gym anxiety. Body shame. I hear the same five sentences from almost every person who calls. They aren't character flaws — they're the natural result of being handed a program designed for a 25-year-old D1 athlete who has never had a real job.

I build for the body you have at 8 p.m. on a Tuesday in February, when you're tired, your back is tight, and you still want to be better than you were yesterday.

Transformation

Three things that'll be true in 90 days.

Proof Line
Outcome 01

Better shape

You'll move easier, recover faster, and stop dreading the gym. Your warm-up becomes your worst lift, not your best.

Outcome 02

A few pounds gone

Honest food, honest training, no crash diet. Weight comes off because your body finally has a reason to let it go.

Outcome 03

Look & be strong

You see it in the mirror, you feel it on the stairs, and your spouse mentions it without you fishing for the compliment.

Day 92Hibiya · Operator

"Stood up from kneeling without using my hands for the first time in years. My cardiologist took me off three of my four BP meds. Lost 30 lbs. He told me I'm in the shape of a man twenty years younger."

M.S. · age 72 · Sandy
Day 70Yamanote · Signal

"I commute 11 hours a week and have two kids under six. Richard built three 45-minute lifts around all of it. I'm down 14 lbs, my deadlift is up 70, and my back stopped hurting on month two."

K.R. · age 38 · remote
Day 120Operator · MS protocol

"I came in scared to load anything. Richard understood my MS without making it the whole story. I trust my body again. I just hiked Mt. Olympus with my grandson. I cried at the summit."

S08About · The Operator

I have MS. I'm diabetic.
I have artificial joints.
I out-lift men half my age.

Almost thirty years in the aluminum industry. Forty-eight hour weeks in 140-degree heat. I rebuilt my own body from broken and I have spent the last chapter of my life teaching other people how to do the same.

FAQ · Common objections

I'm intimidated and don't know where to start.
Good — that means you're being honest. Stop A is a 15-minute call. No commitment, no quiz. We just talk.
I genuinely don't have time.
Most of my clients have less time than you think. Programs are written around your existing week, not the other way around.
I have a chronic condition — can I even train?
Yes. I built my whole second career around that question. We coordinate with your physician, we train within your reality, we push the edges that can be pushed.
